I’ve been using Goaffpro for quite some time, and it’s been a great experience overall. The app is easy to manage, works well for our affiliate needs, and the support team has always been quick to respond whenever we’ve needed help. I also think coupon scraping can happen regardless of which affiliate app you use. To avoid issues, we mainly use referral links to track affiliate commissions, while coupon codes are reserved for promotional campaigns and changed regularly. This setup has worked really well for us, and Goaffpro has been able to handle everything we need.

I've been using Goaffpro for years now and can say it's amazing. The support team is also very helpful and responsive, which are equally important to a well functioning app. I believe the issues others have faced with coupon scraping will arise no matter what app you use, so our strategy is to only use referral links for affiliate commissions, whilst coupon codes are used solely for promotional campaigns and are cycled out regularly. The app handles our needs well :)

great solution for building and managing an affiliate program without making the process overly complicated. Setting up referral links, commissions, discount codes, and tracking is straightforward, and the dashboard gives a clear view of affiliate performance and sales. I especially like having a dedicated portal for affiliates, since it makes it easier for them to access their links, monitor results, and stay engaged. The automation and reporting features also save a lot of time when managing multiple partners. A solid choice for stores looking to grow sales through affiliates and influencers.

Beware. We discovered goaffpro affiliates were hijacking Rebuy and existing discount codes and utm parameters to lay claim and attribution for sales from customers already on our email and SMS lists so there is some very fraudulent business going on here and goaffpro knows it- we advised them and they did nothing. We paid out over $20K in fraudulent "affiliate commissions". They did nothing because they make a portion of that money too.

Leider sehr unübersichtlich, deutsche Version wär nett und wirkt in der Testversion extrem basic. Bei einer Testversion wünsche ich mir Funtkionen auszutesten, die mich überzeugen, zahlender Kunde zu werden. Leider erfordern alle wirklich relevaten Funktionen ein Upgrade zur Paidversion.

Not recommended for serious brands in the US market. The app lacks basic fraud protection against coupon leaks and automatic bots. It allows coupon aggregator websites (like Honey) to easily scrape codes and hijack regular customer sales, forcing you to pay unfair affiliate commissions. There is no active or quality marketplace to find real influencers. A total waste of time and ad budget.

I like the app itself, and I believe the team does a good job - provided the issue doesn't go beyond what is covered in the documentation. Unfortunately, customer support has ghosted me and isn't responding to inquiries. This is a real shame, as I would have loved to find a mutually beneficial solution and establish a long-term partnership. I even told them they could simply let me know if they weren't interested in working together; that would have been perfectly fine, too. Perhaps customer support struggled to put themselves in the customer's shoes and realize that not everyone is a software developer. From that perspective, I can understand why a conversation might have seemed more challenging than expected. However, in my view, handling such situations is precisely the job of customer support. I’m giving two stars because simple inquiries are answered quickly and helpfully. That said, ghosting a customer is a remarkably disrespectful way to behave.

Selected GoAffPro from a few different options and so far it's working great for us.

We've been using GoAffPro for a few months now and find it user friendly. We began using it to launch an Influencer program but are currently adding in our Email partners as well, and are able to differentiate between the 2 groups. Part of the appeal is the easy integration with Shopify & Klaviyo, but the reporting features and dashboard provide the information we need (haven't played around to see how deep we can get with stats). We are also about to launch the Refer a Friend feature. Support is terrific, I always get a response within 24 hours, usually much shorter than that.

I've been using GoAffPro with many of my clients and love it. Tried other more expensive and more complex platforms, with all the bell and whistles, but GAP remains reliably, user-friendly and has a really responsive team.

I found therapain plus to be the Only product of its kind- literally saved my life after a three level anterior and posterior caging of my spine!. Been in healthcare my whole life and never- EVER had the results that “therapain plus” delivers.

I LOVE GoAffPro and have used it for several clients. I've researched MANY different platforms, and this one beats them all. Ease of use, pricing, functionality, and customer support are all top notch.

So far I am very satisfied with the App. We are using the free version and it offers everything we are needing. I am very impressed with the customer support. They helped me get everything all set up by migrating all of our affiliates into the program and they are fast to respond to emails and answer any questions I have had.

As a customer service manager, your experience leaves a lot to be desired. The app itself is okay, however, their customer support is absolutely terrible. They are very robotic and just paste links to their help articles. Generally, I've already reviewed those and need a deeper explanation. Instead of providing the explanation in a different way or adding depth, they simply copy and paste what is written in the article. This has happened on multiple occasions. They also ask for my URL EVERYTIME. Is that not associated to my account when I ask for help? Honestly, the terrible support makes me want to reconsider using the app entirely. Good luck getting any questions answered that are beyond the scope of a pre-written, generic support article.

We just moved over to GoAffPro from UpPromote. The API is much more robust and performant and flexible. The platform is easier to use. The support has been outstanding. Highly recommend!

At first the app is not super intuitive, but the support is just amazing. If you have a question or an issue, the will help you within minutes. Most of the features you are looking for are probably already in there. It is just not always super easy to find them. But everything works great. Can only recommend.

I absolutely love this app!! It has all the features that I spent hours looking for with other apps but those either do not provide them all or they are too expensive. You can select hundreds of affiliates directly from this app, you can send the samples within the app, you can do bulk emails, you can convert the affiliates into resources to bring you more affiliates... The list goes on and on and all for a fixed price. No gimmick, no surprise fee. Plus, they are very responsive. Even late at night, they responded to me within minutes and offered all the support and guidance I needed. I highly recommend them and can't wait to start this affiliate journey and generate more revenue.

As the new owner, I have not had any issues with this app and find using it to be pretty intuitive and affiliate marketing has helped me drive more sales.

Very complete and professional app !! i recommend at 300% From the dashboard to the custom domain setup, everything is well thought out. Managing affiliate accounts is clear and efficient, and the ability to set commission percentages per product (not only per affiliate) is a huge advantage that many apps don’t offer. What really stands out is the level of control and transparency: as a merchant, you can track everything in real time, and affiliates have access to the same clear data on their side., also on mobile app !! That builds trust and saves a lot of time and discussions. The support team is also excellent, extremely responsive (almost too fast for me ). Highly recommended. This app is essential if you want to run a serious, scalable affiliate program on Shopify.

ATTENTION FRAUDEURS ! J'avais installée l'application et ne l'ai pas vraiment utilisée jusqu'au jour où j'ai reçu un mail de leur part me disant qu'un affilié avait amené un client. Faux ! Il s'agit d'une fraude, un client étranger (mon commerce est hyper local), m'ayant volé l'argent d'une commission sur un client qui était déjà dans ma boutique. Seul le support Goaffpro peut aider et empêcher ce paiement de commission mais je ne suis pas certaine de leur retour à l'heure actuelle. Prévention et pour ma part je ne ferai plus de programme d'ambassadeurs. Trop risqué pour des petits commerces comme le mien. Très déçue et énervée.

Update on 8/31 2023 The customer support Melanie is very unhelpful and the way they talk to us seems they are the boss and can ask you to do anything! Their report is very inconvenient, they cannot allow you to do a custom report that contains all the data, which is completely understandable because nothing is perfect! But their attitude to this really upset me, Melanie said it is a good suggestion to improve their app, but it is not their responsibility to send this to their tech and asked me to write an email to them again about this! I mean????? No matter if you will take my suggestion to improve, but I already told you this, and you are not communicating or submitting this inside your teamwork? If that's the case, let me know, I will make my business somewhere else!

The response time and quality of responses is superb. I would recommend this to anyone simpLy because the service is excellent. The App itself does what is required for Affiliate Tracking. Recommendations: allow for more branding on the Affiliate Dashboard itself. Adding branded imagery in the background would be great idea as well as offering more branding on the Affiliate Welcome Email.

One of our large influencers requested that we use this app because she likes it the most out of all of the ones that she uses. I downloaded it and created an account and I have found that it’s actually very nice to use and I plan on using it for all of my influencer relations. I have been up and running with it for about two weeks now, so not a lot of experience but so far I like it a lot and would recommend.

This app serves as a scam platform for scammers (sadly) Vietnamese will register, highjack your brand name on Google, position their crap on your already built sales and you'll have to pay commissions... Run away.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Unless you truly understand this app's functionality, you might wind up with paying affiliate commissions to people who are trying to scam you! I inquired about an affiliate's claimed orders because I wanted to learn how I determine whether these orders were a result of the affiliate's actions. Here is what Goaffpro told me 6 days later: "This affiliate was found to be cookie stuffing and was hence suspended from the platform. You don't need to pay suspended affiliates. As they have been found doing this in multiple programs. They have been blocked platform wide. Usually affiliates who engage in click frauds, cookie stuffing etc. are proactively suspended from the platform to protect our merchant partners." Sounds to me like the app developers need to work on security measures to help protect their merchants. I am very disappointed. There needs to be more transparency.

We've used this app for about 4 years now, and it has always worked well and done exactly what it's supposed to do. Any kinks were our own ignorance about the functionality. Support has been fabulous. I do feel that's been GoAffPro's greatest strength. Thanks Team!

We have been using this app for about a year and decided to upgrade to Pro after having a really good experience with customer support even on the free version. This app does everything we need and we find the responsive customer support really valuable.

This app is super easy to get set up, and use. I did have a couple clarification questions as our company uses Shopify for it's payment processing, rather than the E-Commerce, and I received fast responses from the support team. In a couple minutes I had the first order run through, and everything is working great. We look forward to the time savings that this app will provide!

We asked Harper and Emma to help us create a ticket with an issue and they were not willing to help at all until we mentioned the review page.

You cannot beat this for the price. The functionality is amazing, the team is super responsive. Sure, you don't have EVERY feature you can ever imagine, but for the monthly cost, the UI is intuitive, it has what you need, just works the way it should. We could not be happier.
