The intuitive scenarios and integrated LiveChat widget make for a seamless experience for our customers. It does not work super well in combination with Zendesk, as it is designed as a standalone CRM. The support staff seems a bit under-trained, as they consistently seem to need to go "ask the team" for questions I have asked them. Still, the app itself is powerful and unique.
We had some difficulties setting up the app, but the Customer Service and Tech Support were there to help in a matter of minutes. The app seems to be functioning as expected.
The Wholesale Pricing Discount app allows us to control the customer level pricing that we need. While it is simple to use, the customer service team was able to quickly help with an issue we experienced.
Customer support was very helpful in explaining specific functionality. App works as expected! Extremely useful in managing lead times.
