This app does it all! And if something extra is needed, the friendly support team will quickly make it happen. Here are some examples of what makes this app and support team outstanding: 1) I did not want the form to have a "tab stop" on labels, so the support team added a snippet to my Shopify theme to remove them. 2) After the form is submitted, it gets initialized. But the checkbox's "unchecked event" was not running which left a conditional element (file upload) visible when it should not have been. The support team fixed this right away, and now the form displays the correct elements after form submission and initialization. 3) Custom smtp allows emails to be sent through our own domain resulting in professional email communication. As a result, the emails will always have a high quality score which helps to keep them from going to spam. 4) All elements can be styled using the apps "custom css" feature, or by updating the Shopify theme's css file (base.css). Note that we are using the Premium plan, which provide us with way more than we currently need but with room to grow as needed. Highly recommend!

Tried a few quoting apps, and G:Request a Quote + Hide Price is by far the best. The support team is very responsive, and great at getting the app working as needed for my Shopify store. For my application, needed a way to quote shipping for those items that do not ship for free. So for every product page, collection page, and search results, the "Add to Cart" button is replaced with an "Add to Shipping Quote" button which allows the customer to easily request a shipping quote for those items that do not ship for free. The items that ship for free retain the "Add to Cart" button, and do not display the "Add to Shipping Quote" button. For these items, they add the item to the cart and checkout as usual. Again, great app and highly recommend it!

Request a Quote is an amazing app for my Shopify store, and the Omega support team is great! I needed a way for customers to request a shipping quote since we sell large items and the shipping cost varies widely based on their address. This app not only solved the problem, but includes time-saving features such as converting the quote request into a draft order. Re: support, I wanted several customizations (mainly styling) and Kaylee Tran and the Omega support team responded very quickly to give me exactly what I needed. Thanks!!!
