Still diving into Referral Candy so can't speak on the app yet 100% but so far customer service has been great working with Jessa!

I love that you can import up to 100 reviews on FREE plan! It was confusing at first but with the help of the Customer Representative, I was able to pull off my desired look and customized a section on our website. Looking forward to the feature of automatic syncing of reviews. Love it!
