We've been looking for an app that could detect hidden shipping adjustment charges without having to trawl through thousands of orders manually. As our order volume grew, it became impossible to audit every shipment ourselves. Oh Ship! found over $4,700 in carrier adjustment charges across our 2025 orders using the Historical Audit tool. We were able to contest many of them and successfully recover refunds. Some adjustments were tiny (just 1 lb or an inch on the package dimensions)but had hidden charges of $80! The reporting is really clear, and I love the suggestions for improving shipping margins, whether that's optimising box sizes or even considering different warehouse locations. The app has already paid for itself many times over, and I'd highly recommend it to any Shopify store that ships regularly.
