Quite the toolkit so far, it has a lot of functionality and I'm excited to see the results - the support has been really helpful, especially Tim in ensuring my website JSON-LD was all set up correctly for product snippets with Google merchant centre and search console
It's early days with this app, but the amount of customisation options are great and the help I have been receiving to get the most out of the app has been brilliant, responsive and solved any problem I've had. I'm yet to have the app go live in my shop as we are transferring from a previous product options app - but I am really excited to see it in service.

We have been using this app for a couple of years, since we moved our site over to Shopify and it has been an absolute lifesaver. I recently needed to get in touch with support about an issue I was having with it not charging customers for a particular upgrade despite it being selected and the customer service I received was swift and efficient. I have to say it has been the quickest resolution I have encountered in 10 years of business. Update - 20/3/24 always a help when I am updating my theme, they are swift to respond. Thanks to Haris for sorting out my problem within a couple of minutes this morning!

I've played around with this app over the last few days and it seems to have some great functionality that is really missing from other apps. I can add different timescales to different countries and categories, it looks very promising!
I've only been using this app for a couple of weeks, but already it has had a much better conversion for my customers to leave reviews than previous apps. I had a small issue with Google Search Console and the snippet with my theme, but the team helped me out within a couple of minutes - very impressed with how quick and efficient their customer service was. All in all I'm very happy so far! Quick update, we've been using this app for several months, if not a year, and it's still a superb experience. I have just had some help from support with regards to importing reviews from our other marketplace and they rectified it for me within half an hour - fantastic! Thank you to Mohamed who dealt with me so swiftly.
So happy I found this tool! I have been manually adding alt-text to a lot of our products, but missed a really important collection. All the other apps I looked at would have overwritten all the hard work I did adding important key words into alt-text manually. With this app you can select specific collections to add alt-text to and also use elements of the file name to change specific image alt-text as well. I also love that you can skip files that already have alt-text, again not overwriting my hard work, but adding alt-text to images I may have forgotten. Incredibly happy over here - I am sure the other features of the app will be of use to me in the future as well.
