A real life saver and inexpensive app that let's you customize your shop wonderfully. Support service always responds swiftly and resolves every problem whatsoever. In other words one of the best apps for your Shopify!

Great App + Best support Yes it takes some work in the initial set-up but it's been absolutely worth it for my store. Also, the Aris Support Team are excellent: never had to wait long for answers, help, advice... they've even looked into an issue I thought was coming from their App, they found it wasn't theirs but made suggestions on how to resolve it anyway.
This is a great app and the customer service is amazing. You should use this

Once you get the hang of it and how it all works its Fantastic! I struggled to begin with but Judy from support answered every single question I had during live chat (and there was A LOT of questions) and we had my store running as it should be in no time!

Had some problems with the live preview of the product personalisation tool. Got a very quick reply from customer support who is now investigating it. so far I'm happy with the support and I'm 100% sure they'll be able to fix the problem.

Its best add on Option For Shopify , apart from that there support is quite cooperative if you are facing any issue just get in touch and they will do it for you . just loved it , highly recommended

This is a great app if you need to add lots of options to your products, and want them to look appealing. I have used them for colour swatches and charm options which show up really well. Their customer service is superb too. I recently had a little glitch on my website with the app so I messaged their customer support and Anne from the Aris team responded immediately and within 1/2 an hour it was fixed by the development team. I would highly recommend this app.

ARIS Product Options has been exactly what I needed for my Shopify store. The app makes it easy to offer personalized products without forcing customers through dozens of preset choices. I was able to create custom text fields for names, ranks, dates, and special messages, which is perfect for my business. The interface is straightforward, it integrates well with my theme, and once configured it works reliably. Customer support has also been responsive whenever I had questions. If you sell personalized or custom products on Shopify, I highly recommend giving ARIS Product Options a try. It's a solid app that does what it promises.
As long as simple customizations are performed, it works ok. There are some common sense things that should be different, but for basic use, it works out of the box. Support team is willing to help most times, and they do some backgound work to make your theme work fine. HOWEVER I've had at least 3 times in the past year where my customizations changed behavior silently and we only noticed when customers complained. Live Preview is a joke. It is a MVP at most. As soon as you try to do some real world customization preview you hit a wall of limitations. We decided to stop using the feature completely. Again, the support is very willing to help and they do follow on most of the reported annoyances and limitations, but we're at a point where we need something that does not feel so patchy. When you suggest a feature, it will mostly get ignored, or you will be presented with a development fee which does not usually make much sense. I asked for a very complicated "sort options A-Z" so we could sort our option sets instead of manually draggin them around in the list. One year later we're still dragging option sets to sort them manually. Translations used to require CSV export, translation and import. Now you can do them manually in the app, but there's no option to do it linking a third party LLM API key or similar. Again, it is starting to lag behind others. When it launched it got very quickly on par with other competing aps, but not it is no longer in the first line in terms of features.

Does not work properly with POS. Documentation for POS is also outdated.

We checked your app activity and noticed that the app was installed and uninstalled within a short period of time, with only 2 options created. It seems there may not have been enough time to fully set up and test the POS workflow. Unfortunately, we also did not receive any message from you through our support channels before the app was removed, so we did not have the opportunity to understand the exact issue or assist you directly. Our support team is available 24/7 and we’re always happy to help with setup, troubleshooting, or POS-related questions. We would have gladly reviewed your configuration and guided you step by step. Regarding the POS documentation, thank you for pointing this out. We have carefully reviewed it and confirmed that the setup instructions are still accurate. This Avis customizer is all the best of all the other customizers put together. It has a pop-up customize window, easy to use interface, and a great customer service team. Anne is wonderful. So is Vivian, and Sam.
