The assistance I received from Remy at Tapita was invaluable for my store. He spent hours with me, correcting errors and explaining the solutions in simple terms. He provided instructional videos and demonstrated remarkable patience. As someone who is not very tech-savvy, I deeply appreciated his kindness.
