We only use the free plan and it works great so far (have been using it for 2 years now) It is really a nice app, one of those who works seamlessly and you forget it's there but it does a great job!

We have been using this app for 3 years now I think! It takes time to build up an audience and definitely takes time to manage customer feedback and this app does is beautifully. It's like a garden, you need to give it time and care and it will grow!

I have been using this app for one full year now the integration form Etsy is 100% stable, without disconnection or any other type of issues, it runs seamless and smoothly I do not even have to open the app dash never ever since the orders load directly into my order panel. Once fulfilled the orders they automatically fulfill them at Etsy too with the tracing info and everything. Form all the apps I have used this one is the most stable and the one I've got the longest and I will keep using for as long as I need to import from Etsy Today I chose my new yearly plan and customer service was amazing helping me decide which one was the best for my business. I am extremely impressed by the capacity of this app. It is formidable! I did not find anything even remotely similar to this. If you want to sell art products were the customer can input the desired size and based on that it will set a price, and you can even add finishing variants and have price based on those variations, calculate the final weight of the item, set a minimum and a maximum size... this is the place for you! This has been a long time dream for us as a business, and it will allow us to offer better products and simplify a lot the ordering process for our customers. Thank you so much for taking the time to develop this, I am sure it was not an easy task! The Customer Service is top notch too! Roman has set this up for us because we are artists and basically t-rex with anything that implies the use of logic and math. The documentation is awesome and so well explained, I am sure with time to read it we could have tried to do it ourselves. Don't be afraid to place a Support Ticket if you need help.
