Knowing if a domain or Shopify in general is up or down is important. But you want to know what is even more important? - our customer flows. Like from landing on page, to selecting variants, adding to cart and more. Uptime is exceptionally easy and remarkably valuable to us. We were using tools to monitor up and down of base URLS, but had nothing that was adding into his the ability to replicate flows with an easy to use recording tool, and then stacking on-top of this the Shopify status alerts too. There are smart ways to alert our various teams in slack and email of a problem. Knowing, very quickly, if we have broken something is priceless the moment we need it. We began using this app when PayPal was throwing up restrictions on our account as we were not providing tracking information within PayPal (as it was unnecessary to us). With thousands of orders, we were lookign for an automated solution. This is a set and forget app, that perfectly solved our problem. Big fan!!

Great app and great support team that go an extra few miles! The team helped me setup an automation, where when we register a new stockist in any system we have, and it automatically updates the app listings. This is a beautiful thing.
