Juan was awesome customer service help and did a great job helping me troubleshoot a custom code issue.
This has been a great app for all of our discount & promotional needs! Aditi was a major help for us when we hit a snag, and she helped us correct it within minutes of the problem being identified. Definitely recommend!
This app requires the developers to add liquid code manually. I had 2 days of back and forth communication with Robert who said that even though they were on holiday, they would get it done, unfortunately he just ghosted me for 3 days, which caused us to scramble last minute to find another app at the last minute. I see others have had good service experiences but unfortunately our experience with this app was frustrating and disappointing. (I wouldn't have left a review, but Robert has sent 2 automated emails in the last few days to ask for one -so here it is).

WORKS WITH SHOPIFY MULTICURRENCY! This app and the Globo developsers have been amazing so far. Upon request, the devs modified the app to work with Shopify Multi-Currency (we could NOT find an upsell app that worked with it). This was a game-changer for us! I believe they made the modifications at the app level, so everyone can benefit now. They also made some style modifications to match our branding. I added this app 5 days ago and instantly saw an uplift in sales. We have seen at least a 15% increase in sales - and the best part is that by adding to their original order, we don't pay for shipping again, so it's almost PURE PROFIT!
