Eesel is one of the best AI programs we've ever used for customer support. The team is wonderful to work with, and the tool is exactly what we needed. Eesel connected seamlessly with our help desk and subscription platform app. It is incredibly user-friendly when it comes to set-up and customizing workflows. We've had poor experiences with other AI tools, where it required complex developing knowledge to get anywhere. Not with Eesel. You can tell Eesel exactly what you want to achieve in plain conversational language, and it will take care of the rest. Not to mention it's affordable and non-binding.
