Thank you for the great review! We're glad to be a part of your store's ecosystem and support you in your growth :)
These guys came into my business and literaly gave me my LIFE back! As a founder you're the chief everything officer, having the notch team come in and take over so quickly and in a very professional manner was a huge win for us! We are looking forward to our continous partnership with notch as we grow. Would highly reccomend Notch to anyone looking to either completely outsource or even partially supplement their customer service efforts. 10/10!
Amazing customer service. Elizabeth was very attentive. Their user interface is phenomenal and the functionality is perfect
Utpal was extremely helpful! Love this app already! Really excited to see how it translates into our conversion numbers soon.
