I have downloaded this app twice and it still won't load. it gets to a blank screen and then nothing after that

I like how they help me design to all to fit my page. It looks sooooo good, I couldn’t be more happier.

The app won't open properly, it keeps glitching no matter how many times you try to open. then you get an error message telling you to delete your cookies.
