Very disappointing experience. The app is full of bugs, and there is virtually no support when problems arise, even if you're paying for the highest plan at $340 per month. What a shame! I have an issue that is causing me to lose a significant number of upsell sales. After 7 days, not a single developer has been able to investigate the problem, and the only response I keep receiving from support is to "please be patient." No workaround, no solution, no clear timeline, and no accountability. This is the first time I've encountered such an unresponsive and ineffective support team, especially from a company charging premium prices. When a bug directly impacts revenue, customers deserve immediate attention, not endless waiting. I don't recommend this app to anyone who relies on their business running smoothly.
This app is absolutely perfect. Easy to install easy to follow and I’ve had zero issues with it

Worst App ever. Do you know how they get so many nice reviews ? Because they beg you to give a review after every problem they have and they try to solve when you ask them. Right now I've +20 orders blocked because of them and it's right during the CNY. Great job guys ! I recommend you FastBundle, WideBundle or even Rapi Bundle wich is free. Ho and they told me to wait a couple of minutes and still no answer about my problem aroud 12h after. Very buggy. The thank you page upselling doesn't work at all. Customer service is telling sad stories about last 5 years success. I don't care, just want to have the functions I am buying. the process was seamless. I have little to no coding knowledge or understanding of funnels. I simply installed the app, and the app created my funnels for me! It was so easy and makes my website look more professional and will hopefully help me to conversate more sale!

August 2024 Update (I'm keeping my previous written review for thoroughness to showcase what changes happened!) Aharon on the team personally reached out to me after my review to personally work with me to fix my issues. He was apologetic for my experiences with support at the time, and eager to set up a video call to troubleshoot what was happening. After understanding the logic of my funnels and live-demoing them, he got the dev team to work on it and I'm happy to say that everything is fixed! Truly grateful for the time taken to help me with this, and that I can confidently use this app again! -- In 2023, I would've given this app a glowing 5 stars - it worked perfectly with the three funnels I had in place, all of which had multiple options that would check what items were eligible or not. It increased my sales and customer satisfaction. Since reopening my store in March 2024, all funnels broke. Items in cart that were supposed to cancel the funnel from triggering didn't work. I didn't realize until I had some orders that got Free Shipping when they shouldn't have. I've tried turning my funnels on and off, using the Duplicate option to activate the "new" version of the funnel while turning the old one off, and also recreating the funnels from complete scratch - all with no luck. I've been ghosted by support twice. I reached out for the first time on March 27th, ghosted on April 24th with no fix. I tried again on May 1st, and was ghosted on May 8th. Both support staff did the bare minimum in actually testing out the functions, or even looking at what options I had in place. The latter seemed to barely comprehend that I had already done all the "try restarting it" solutions because I was in contact with support previously, and didn't seem to put any effort in to seeing what funnel rules I had. I'm disappointed to uninstall this app. I'm still giving it 2 stars in fairness that when it worked for me, it did amazing. But the fact that it's broken now for my store, and even worse, the lackadaisical support staff on hand, makes it hard for me to recommend this app to anyone. The free version is very good and a great addition to any store.
This app makes it really easy to set up upsells and cross sells and it is surprisingly versatile. There are a LOT of options you can tweak and test.
The app is easy to use and set up. Integration is super quick and I was able to do it myself, which says a lot! Would be great to have a lower tier plan for stores which sell big ticket items, don't many views but more than the free plan. something in the £20.00 range would be amazing. We have not upgraded yet, but considering it since the app does the job, and does it well. Thank you for your kind review! Sadly, this app has been quite damaging for our business. The pop-ups created too much distraction around the checkout process and our conversion rate for Meta campaigns dropped massively after installing it. It took us a while to figure out what happened, but as soon as we removed the pop-ups from Honeycomb, the conversion rate increased again. This app might work for marketplace websites where people shop around, but if you are running tight ad campaigns for one product, I would not recommend using it as it's too much friction in the sales process and customers will drop out before buying. Hey there, We sorry if you feel this way about Honeycomb, our app does not interfere with Meta campaigns and as the other 527 five star reviews show, it has in fact been an incredible asset to people's businesses, most of whom have Meta campaigns running, helping generate millions of dollars in revenue for Shopify stores all over the world. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. Whatever they keep doing to "fix it" for me keeps completely making our add to cart button not usable so no one can checkout. This is the second time in a week they've done this, and completely tanked a sales day for us, then they take days and days to reply and offer a "fix" -- GO ELSEWHERE

I love the app, but I didn't realize I was paying $100 more for the app than I should have been paying based on the volume of sales we have been doing. That part is frustrating, so it would have been nice if the company had reached out to let me know. However, when I figured it out on my own, the customer service rep was very helpful in showing me how to downgrade. Thank you for the review and feedback. Customer service is STELLAR! I had a problem with my funnels not showing. Within minutes I had a response of what to do. And when I struggled a bit with it, I received a Loom video that walked me through it, allowing the customer service rep to make immediate changes at their end. This app initially looked like it will fit the requirements we needed. There support is fast on live chat, however the reason I gave it a one star is that there support were not able to offer any customisation other than what you can edit in the admin panel. I was told there is a CSS and JS box to add custom details, however if you do not know CSS and JS this is pointless. I was also told that they manage over 10,000 stores and that they couldn't offer customisation on every store. Its a shame because all the good reviews on the app say that Lynda did a great job setting everything up and customising the app for there stores. This was not the case for us. I needed a couple of custom features on the pop up and I was told that the majority of them are not possible. So this was not a good fit for us this time around, however maybe a good fit for your site. * This review is made by an account which used the app less than 80 minutes in total * The merchant demanded that we develop specific new app features just for his account, free of charge and in an immediate manner. We clearly communicated some of the requests are not technically possible to implement - which in turn resulted in a vindictive one star review. Requests included custom button actions, none existent text elements and more. These type of new features usually take weeks to build, test and release. It is right to say Honeycomb serves 10,000 stores. As such, each feature request is added to a feature wishlist. We build common feature requests first, to serve our customers the best way possible. We can not pause hundreds of other feature requests due to a single, very specific and none existing feature request. If we did, it will impact other requests in the queue and ultimately will be harmful towards all of our other customers. For none currently supported custom functions and integrations, we offer a built in CSS and JS options, including a full fledged SDK: https://support.apphub.com/en/articles/6268642-honeycomb-js-sdk I believe Honeycomb is one of a very few apps which enables merchants to further enhance the app to meet custom needs. During the short amount of time the app was installed on Yoga Studio Store account, we provided the following support: - Created custom funnels on behalf of the merchant, based on a verbal description only. - Our designer applied a custom visual design to match the store brand, including importing custom font weights. - Preformed a troubleshooting session to verify the funnels are working as expected. In terms of features - Honeycomb has the most robust design settings and funnel settings in the app store, successfully used to generate tens of millions of dollars in cross-sell and upsell revenue by some of Shopify's biggest brands. Honeycomb Upsell & Cross Sell is the only Shopify app that I can find that allows me to cross-sell personalized products. It works great and has led to an increase in AOV. The customer support is outstanding as well. Would definitely recommend it.

If you offer any personalization in your shop - this is the go-to app! I have tried several other apps that could not offer this feature and it ended up being very time consuming on my end. Setup was super easy.

It works! I really like the app and how it have so many options. I'm able to drill down to products my customers are interested in and upsell them on other variants, provide free items and special pre-order discounts. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this app enough. Within two days of adding funnels post-checkout, we already had multiple orders with cross-sales. The support is far superior to any I've received to date from any other app. They went through our catalog and saved me hours creating manual funnels on their end for our use. So grateful for Jonathan and the team. We can't wait to continue watching our success through Honeycom!
Our experience so far has been exceptional. Our conversion rate improved and we made thousands of dollars in additional sales. Honeycomb Upsell also allows us to better direct people to specific items, which is really very relevant when it comes to liquidating inventory or pushing item sales at a higher profit. We are very happy !!

Amazingly simple AND effective app! I struggled to find the time to incorporate an upsell that worked and didn't require a ton of design work. I was introduced to Honeycomb and was able to get my first upsell funnel running, split tested, and performing within 30 minutes. Within the first 14 days it has brought in over 6K of additional revenue. Super Happy!

This company helped me grow my sales significantly. Also their customer service is second to none. Lightning fast response times, and if there is any issue even though not related to their app directly. they dive into the code and sort it out. I was also able to learn a lot from them. This app was just what I was looking for. It is really easy to set up and match the colors of your website. This app really does help to increase sales. It's nice to have customers aiming to buy 1 item, then end up buying an extra item or 2. I am using multiple apps by Conversion Bear and I must say they have really taken my site to the next level.
