The OrderEditing team have been so so helpful, especially Erin. The app has saved our customer services team so much time and aggro, and despite having a very difficult product niche, Erin has worked tirelessly to help with upsells and get us earning more and recommending the correct products to the right people. I cannot recommend this tool enough!
The app is good so far but missing some features that i'n helping the team implement. Darius has been great in doing this.

Aaron has been beyond helpful. We approached him with a unique use for the app outside of its original scope and he personally worked with us closely and communicating constantly to create and then fine tune this experience. Hands down the best experience ive had working with a shopify app dev in my 15 years of working on shopify! Highly recommend!
