Jenny is very responsive and shows great care to the customer's needs. She helped resolve my problem in a timely manner, which I really appreciate!
This app is not user friendly. We have tried many ways to get this app to work as per our requirements and without fail, it does not do what we need it to do.

Love this app! It really makes managing inventory flow so much easier than what shopify analytics can provide. Support has been helpful to create reports I need.
Llevo muchos meses utilizando la aplicación e intentando encontrar la forma de integrarla en nuestro trabajo diario para sustituir a Stocky, que era la herramienta que utilizábamos anteriormente. Durante este tiempo he mantenido varias reuniones con vuestro equipo. En muchas ocasiones la respuesta siempre es la misma: "lo revisaremos". Sin embargo, la mayoría de las propuestas nunca llegan a materializarse y, cuando planteo cuestiones más complejas, en muchas ocasiones simplemente dejan de responder. Mi sensación es que la aplicación se ha vuelto excesivamente compleja. Hay demasiada información, muchos apartados que duplican exactamente los mismos datos y una navegación que resulta poco intuitiva. En lugar de simplificar la gestión del stock, acaba complicándola. Además, el rendimiento deja bastante que desear. La aplicación es lenta y muchas acciones tardan demasiado en ejecutarse, algo que en el día a día supone una pérdida de tiempo importante. He recomendado vuestra aplicación a varias personas que trabajan con Shopify y buscaban una alternativa a Stocky. Curiosamente, todos hemos llegado a las mismas conclusiones: hay un exceso de información poco útil, la interfaz resulta complicada y el rendimiento es demasiado lento para un uso profesional. Creo sinceramente que la aplicación tiene mucho potencial, pero necesita simplificarse. Menos información, una estructura más clara, mayor velocidad y una comunicación mucho más ágil con los clientes. A día de hoy, esa es la principal barrera para poder recomendarla con total confianza. Good app. The team was kind enough to provide support and follow up in case we faced any issues. Hard working team. Must use app for your store.
Easy to navigate and we rarely run into issues! Support team is quick to respond and they make sure issues are addressed quickly.
We have been using Assisty to help manage stock replenishment between our stores, and so far its AI recommendations have saved us a significant amount of time while helping us make better inventory decisions across locations. Customer service has also been outstanding. Alex has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. Booking an onboarding session was quick and easy, and he has always been available whenever we've had questions. Overall, a great experience and a very useful app for multi-store inventory management.
As soon as Stocky will be no longer available, I looked for a similar app and I found this one. It is perfect and very simple to use. Moreover, if you have any problem Rio will help you in any matter. If you have Stocky and you want to replace it, this is a perfect solution
Rio has been very helpful. So far, setting up and using the Assisty app has been simple and easy. We're looking forward to how much this will improve our inventory process and using the extensive reporting features.
EXCELLENT Customer Service. App has an initial learning curve, but makes good sense once you understand. Is an improvement on Stocky to be sure, and covers stocky functionality we used previously (for 5 years...)

I'm not sure I can write a strong enough reference for Assisty, and Alex, who has been working diligently with me to set up Assisty to replace Stocky. We have a significant amount of data (25,000+ SKUs, 1,000+ vendors, thousands of POs a year). Assisty is well set up to replace Stocky, with better UX, added capabilities, and top notch support. Just terrific!
We received excellent service. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and professionally, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the system. He explained everything clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. We truly appreciate his support, expertise, and willingness to help.
Alex was very very helpful getting us setup on Assisty and was more than happy to show us how to maximize our use of the app. We had many questions given that our store has a very large catalog and Alex took the time to show us how to manage our particular needs. He even offered to look into customizing the app for some functionalities that weren't offered yet. I have been shopping around for a good inventory control app and this was the best I could find. Highly recommend if you're looking to manage a large catalog and need to look at suggestions and data while doing so!
Rio was very thorough, answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to know to be able to use Assisty to it's full potential.
Rio was GREAT. Very clear and showed me features on the app that I didn't know I needed! (Prior to the demo call I was overwhelmed with the software, now it all makes sense).
Updated: Excellent support. They are going to add the A, B & C rating to the buying table. Looking forward to using this tool! This tool looks like a good replacement for Stocky. They do make the claim that it does everything that Stocky did. So far I have found a couple of significant gaps... 1.) It does not easily handle dropship POs like Stocky did. 2.) It does not include the "A", "B", or "C" inventory ratings on the purchase order or purchase table the way that Stocky did.

This is an amazing inventory planning app. There are so many reports and features that I was a bit overwhelmed at first. I then booked a live demo and had a 70 minute demo walk-thru with Alex. He was so helpful in explaining the app, features, and also helped me setup some frequently used reports on the spot. I am really impressed with the app and the support so far. After a few more weeks, I will book another follow-up demo. Look forward to using this and helping us plan our inventory more efficiently going forward. Thanks, Alex!
I think this does what i want it to. Unfortunately i find it almost impossible to get assistance in the UK timezone so any issues I have take weeks to fix. Had on boarding 2 weeks ago and since then no-one is able to help at a time that works for me which results in agents not understanding my request and sending unhelpful links. Now run out of time on my free trial so paying full price fo something I don't even know works which is frustrating...
We are trying to move from Stocky to Assisty, they are very helpful to accommodate our needs. Especially Darius, who is really supportive and patient to understand our workflow and provide us with a solution that work!

Assisty has become a core part of our inventory management stack on Shopify. The app works flawlessly and provides a very clear, reliable, and deep view of inventory performance across products, variants, and collections. Beyond basic stock tracking, Assisty delivers a rich set of insights that actually help you manage inventory, not just monitor it. Forecasting, stock health indicators, sell-through analysis, and visual breakdowns are all there and extremely easy to work with. What really stands out is that it covers everything you need for day-to-day inventory decisions and then goes several steps further with advanced analytics that are usually missing from Shopify by default. The UI is intuitive, the data is accurate, and the app feels built for real operational use, not just reporting. For any Shopify store with a medium to large catalog, Assisty is a must-have tool. It saves time, reduces mistakes, and enables much smarter inventory and commercial decisions.

I have major inventory issues and based on my experience with Assisty so far (1 week) I think Assisty is the solution. I just had a support session with Alex and it was super helpful. Loving the functionality so far.

Great app. Has some advanced functionality not found in similarly priced software. We were looking for a PO manager and considering using another app to give us the forecasting functionality but this seems to do it all. Rio was very helpful in his demo video, and very responsive with email support.
Darius was very helpful and attentive to the specific needs for our store. He was very willing to help us innovate solutions for inventory management and forecasting based on on the set up of our backend in Shopify!

As someone who does supply chain the first time and have no idea on how to do it, Rio is very helpful and patient and answered every questions I have. I just hope they open more hours for support for US based clients. But overall, it's good.

What really stood out was how he took the time to understand my specific business setup and limitations, then tailored his explanations to make sure the system fit my needs rather than overcomplicating things. He walked me through both the global and item-level configurations, helping me see exactly how to use Assisty to maintain accurate stock levels and avoid over-ordering.
