CustomerGenius helped us uncover a fraud issue we didn’t even know we had: customers creating multiple accounts with different emails to reuse first-time purchase discount codes. Thanks to the app, we identified several real cases — including one person with more than 25 orders under different identities. In the most recent case, we were able to spot the pattern the same day it happened, before the order was even shipped. It’s easy to install and set up, and it has helped us recover money we otherwise would have never known we were losing. I’d definitely recommend it to any store using welcome, affiliate, or referral discounts.
