Regios Automatic Discounts

Mohamed was extremely helpful in helping us update and create a better discount logic for our members.

We are planning to launch SALE for our customers at our physical store using Shopify POS. Not able to workout with the app where we had different % discounts based on order slab for various collections & this app does not fulfill this in Automatic Discount or by applying single code discount. Our staff member can not take separate orders collection wise where discount % & order value slabs differs. Collection 1 🏷 10% OFF on purchases above ₹10,000 🏷 15% OFF on purchases above ₹20,000 🏷 20% OFF on purchases above ₹25,000 Collection 2 🏷 10% OFF on purchases above ₹10,000 🏷 15% OFF on purchases above ₹50,000 We need automatic discount to be applied only on POS not on online sotre orders. Support Agent explained that this kind of situation not possible but a blanket % of discount for all required collection can be possible which is not fulfilling our requirement. Sorry but disappointed with the App's feature.

Exactly what I've been looking for. The AI feature is pretty useful in creating new or complicated logic. EXCELLENT support and fast turn around time. Highly recommended if you need a more complex discounting system beyond what Shopify can supply.

This app has been a life-saver for many reasons. We have pretty complex promotions and a lot of the times they are at variant level - which has been a limitation with native Shopify discounts. The team behind Regios is very responsive and were able to escalate an update on their end to accommodate an upcoming promotion for us with a short turnaround time. So far, I am very happy with this app!

We've had a great experience with Regios Discounts so far. The app is incredibly flexible and was able to support a very complex promotion that other apps couldn't easily handle. Awesome. Great way to get around Shopify Discount limitations. Very powerful tool to build out pretty much any combination of discounts with multipliers on fixed price discounts per item in cart - Which the standard Shopify does not allow. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE also.. I had a question on setup and the team were very responsive and polite.

Great app! We've been using it since we built our store to handle B2B pricing and more complex discount rules. It has worked flawlessly for us. Although the support team says they're available within 24 hours, they've always responded much faster. Excellent support and a great overall experience!

Support is phenomenal. They are so patient, even when the issue turns out to be complete user error. Support, in my opinion, is the most important part of choosing an app to use, because it means that even if it doesn't work exactly the way you expect, there's someone you can reach out to who can help work around it.

I use Regios Discount for many of my discounts. It operates really well with every promo I want to do, and most importantly, Regios’ support is always present and fast to solve and answer questions or issues.

Mohamed from Regios was incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process. I was trying to create a promo structure that isn’t native to Shopify, and I couldn’t figure it out on my own. He responded quickly, patiently walked me through the setup, testing, publishing, and even editing the promotion afterward. Thanks to Regios, we now have much more flexibility with the types of promotions we can run on our Shopify store. Excellent support experience and a very useful app.

If you’re looking for flexibility with discounts in Shopify, this app really stands out. It lets you build very specific and advanced discount setups that just aren’t possible with the standard options. What really impressed me though is the support — responses are quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really understand their product and care about solving your problem.

We found this app to accomplish a couple things. 1. features that will be lost when Shopify Scrips officially sunsets in June 2026 and 2. our store moving from stand alone products to variants and therefore loosing key set up features when building discount codes in Shopify native Discounts. It works as intended! Customer service is great and responsive when needed. I recommend.

Regios Discounts is a W. Offers a lot more options for customizing discounts. The app embed options are nice too, presents the discounts on your store similar to large corporate eccomerce stores. The appearance of those too are customizable. Last thing, the support has been great, personable and quick. Tobe is the man!

Regios makes managing discounts extremely easy. A lot of flexibility with what you can do, and the support team, Mohamed in particular, is great if you ever need help with anything.

Chester from Regios was very helpful with a complex logic that I was trying to create.

This is by far the best app for creating highly customizable discount codes in Shopify. The logic builder is a real game changer and makes it incredibly easy to set up even complex discount rules exactly how you need them. Highly recommended!

Great customer service. We have been setting up our Regios promos and sometimes hit some roadblocks -- i've been super impressed with the speed and helpfulness of their team. They have helped us validate functionality, fix bugs and find the most efficient ways to set up our promos. I appreciate the professionalism and speed of their team!

After moving from SFCC to Shopify, it was difficult to figure out a way to create our very complicated promotions. Regios has been the only app that has been able to help us out with variant promotions/metafields, etc.. Their support is helpful and quick to reply (i've used this quite a bit)!

We absolutely love this app! It's been an integral part of our teams ability to run multiple discounts automatically at the same time. We're able to set up all of our quarterly promotions in one discount group and schedule overlapping automated discounts for additional promotional periods without the limitations of Shopify's native discounts. Everything works seamlessly online and in Shopify POS, meaning our team can sell product in store without needing to manually discount items at the till.

This app has allowed us to set pricing how we want, with the appropriate discounts needed. Being able to have bulk pricing option show on the product page was key. Support has been very responsive, and the documentation is excellant.

Great support. Easy to use

We’ve been using App Regios Automatic Discounts for the past 5 months, and it solved a key limitation for us by allowing a “Buy any one item at X% off” promotion, which Shopify can’t do natively. The app has worked well for our needs, and their customer service has been very responsive whenever questions came up. Great solution for more flexible discounting.

Mar 2026: We had kept the app and noticed some new changes/features to this discount app. Now it does exactly as we need. If an item is on sale, we can create another discount that will apply to the lower sale price (not the retail price x 2). Great job Toby. Back to 5 Stars! Aug 2025: Update review. We have decided to discontinue using this app. It has great features and usability and they seem to have new features periodically. There are some bugs that we came across when creating new discounts. Tobey is the creator and he was great at responding, asking questions and then fixing the issue. Then, came in new CS agents (Mohammed is one). Twice, they just sent us links to "Self Help" and figure things out on our own. We would let them know that we still could not figure it out, but then again, they sent us links to "Self Help". If you plan on downloading their app, just know you may get this type of assistance. I originally gave them 5 stars, now we changed it to 2 stars. It is hard to find good people. Maybe Tobey is ok with how things were handeled and maybe not. But this experience is not for us. April 2024: This is a fantastic discount app made easy to work with Shopify! We are able to create various types of discounts for our growing business. Support is fantastic as well. I spoke with Tobe on an issue I had and he fully understood and fixed my problem. Tobe is very well spoken and patient. No look further for any other discount app. This one works!

It's the only app I've found that can even remotely do what we need. The team is outstanding. The communication 10/10, the follow-through and follow-up 10/10. They have gone above and beyond helping our store us their app. I love the interface - it's easy to use and understand. We are likely replacing other apps with this one, therefore saving us time and money.

Uploading a big batch of codes takes a long time, sometimes fails, and then when we try to re-upload the file that failed, it says there are duplicates that we can't identify because only part of the file has uploaded.
