I used this app to help me understand how our customers were interacting with our store and our understanding of this touchpoint interaction has been grown significantly in such a short amount of time. We have learned so much and used the insights to redesign our store to improve conversion. We are up over 20% in conversions per day this month alone. In addition, we have a better understanding of what products our customers are really interested in. I highly recommend this app to all new store owners. You will be amazed at what you would learn. Take the first step and try it.
