This Propel Replay is a game-changer for understanding customer behavior! It provides clear and insightful session replays, allowing us to see exactly how visitors interact with our store—where they click, scroll, and drop off. The heatmaps and playback features help us identify pain points and optimize the user experience. Installation was seamless, and the interface is user-friendly. It’s been incredibly useful for improving conversions and troubleshooting any usability issues.
