Propel Replay, Survey, Heatmap

Super easy to setup and has been very useful in reviewing the visitor recordings and sessions in order to continuously improve the quality of the store.

One of the best apps I downloaded for my store I wished I installed it sooner. I know a lot more know about my customers that I wish I knew earlier.

I've used different apps for session replays and heatmaps before, like Hotjar, Lucky Orange, and Clarity, but I decided to try something new this time. I'm happy that I did, and Propel is great. It has a clean interface, good set of features that work well, and the support is great.

Great app providing good session replays

So far Propel has been super helpful for us to see where our customers are actually clicking on some of our key pages. It's making us rethink what is working and not working. Always helps to see how our customers are interacting and where they are struggling on our site. Thanks Propel!

I would use this app all the time

I find it particularly handy for checking the source of customers as sometimes they don't get tracked properly but this app shows it. As well as the customer behaviour of course and site usability. It lets you easily spot when something it's not working both on the site but also regarding marketing campaigns, as you easily spot 'bounces' and poor traffic.

Yes, Propel Replays has been really helpful so far. It’s easy to use and gives us a much better understanding of how visitors interact with our store. It has also helped us spot a few things we probably wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.

Super helpful, I have improved a lot of features of how my store looks like and the user experience. I also noticed broken carts that I had no idea about...! Seeing real time how your shoppers navigate to your store is the best I could have. Very easy also to use. Definitely recommend it

For a new shop it's very helpfull to see how visitors navitage through your pages, that way we can find bottlenecks en optimize our products en pages. Customer service responds quick and are very helpfull.

Propel has been one of the most useful apps I’ve added to my Shopify store. Being able to actually watch how customers move through my site, what products they look at, what they add to their carts, and where they leave has given me information I simply wouldn’t have otherwise. It’s easy to use, affordable, and has helped me make better decisions about my store based on real customer behavior instead of guessing. It also helped me discover a java script error. Really helpful app and got to learn a lot of customer insights and intent.

I used to be able to delete replays every 7 days. They changed this to every 30 days which violated the terms of my subscription - I subscribed knowing that I would be able to delete replays every 7 days and was not informed that this would change to every 30 days. So I removed the app and Installed a free replay app instead. Not sure if its a good idea to get greedy with replay views when free replay apps are available on the shopify app store.

Very useful and easy-to-use app. The session recordings provide valuable insights into customer behavior and make it much easier to understand how visitors interact with the store. The support team is also extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great app, simple to use, and when you need a hand, their team is to help and offer suggestions.

Great for CRO

It's great. Once it's installed you see the recording straight away. You don't have to do anything. You just have to activate the app embed in your theme on Shopify and that's it. If you have any troubles you just contact support. They will answer you in 2 seconds. It was a really great really nice guy. Tom helped me, for example, with something but it was actually not necessary. Again once you install the app, it's already live and it starts recording so that's great.

I've been using this heatmap solution to analyze customer behavior, and the visual clarity of the maps is excellent. What impressed me most is the customer support. Even though I’m currently on the free trial plan, the CS team has been remarkably responsive and helpful. I’m really looking forward to continuing with the platform.

We've had a great experience with Propel Replay. It has been incredibly helpful for understanding how customers actually shop, where they focus on our product pages, and what areas need improvement. We especially love the clear replay icons, the ability to quickly identify high-value add-to-carts, and the email notifications for large abandoned carts. It's become a valuable part of how we optimize our store. Highly recommended!

My first UX tracking app used on shopify and I like it. I worked with hotjar, crazy orange and other on my wordpress sites and this one is very similar and provide all the option needed. I liked the free limited access which is not offered at this level on many other shopify apps

It’s fascinating to see how visitors actually use my website. A few times, I’ve watched customers struggle with a page and then been able to fix the problem. For example, I noticed people repeatedly tapping a container because they thought it was a button, so I made the whole area clickable and now visitors are successfully using it. I’m still new to the tool, but I can already see how powerful it is. It has also revealed a lot of bot traffic visiting pages and seemingly collecting my personal information, which the tool flags as suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity. I would never have known this was happening otherwise.

Replays are great, good tool! Finding the insights good for UX improvment etc

Not using it for too long but it seems to be better than MS Clarity
