Jean provided amazing service while helping resolve an issue with receiving subscription emails from my Shopify and Mailchimp setup. She carefully checked all the necessary parts of the configuration to make sure everything was functioning properly. She was very professional and thorough throughout the process. What I especially appreciated was that when our chat connection disappeared, she followed up afterward to make sure everything had been resolved and that I had the help I needed.
