STAY CLEAR. I only downloaded this app and today I have two emails requesting payment from me for embroidery. I have not even used the app. If my paypal was setup in the app they would have just taken $50 from me. I literally only downloaded the app. I did not make any orders etc. Nothing of the sorts. Stay far away. This app is horrible
Great app! Lots of customization and good customer service! I was surprised at how many small details I could change and tweak!

Im a little bit unsure what people are upset about. You are somewhat limited in terms of the types of materials you can use if you want to keep things really custom. But that fully custom material in most cases is really great quality. Customer service always responds within 24 hours as stated. Not really sure what else you expect from a print on demand company. Branded hang tags, shipping bags etc. Its hard to beat. Profit margins are not good at all if you are in Canada but thats expected. This is a marketing tool so you can easily justify sacrificing the profits on the merch so its getting on peoples bodies. Great marketing tool.

Great app and easy to use. Not sure how much it helped cause I just installed it but regardless it saved me some time.
