Moved across from another reviews app, and it has been straightforward. The widget does what we need, and we could style it to match our theme. Had a few things I couldn't work out early on, and the chat support 'Olivia' sorted them quickly. Good to deal with.
BON looks to have what we are looking for, I have just installed it on our site. I did run into a little issue with the installation (completely my fault) and Anna was efficient at sorting it all out for us, highly recommend based on the service it is 5 stars from us :)

Great app and great support. Seamless transition from the previous app I was using and it was super easy to bring over my existing reviews (which I was worried about losing). Highly Recommend FIVE STARS :)
