Wonderful app! It gives social proof to the customers and generates more sales. I had a question and the support directly helped me and was very friendly! Could definitely recommend this to anyone in eCommerce!
Great app, been using it for almost a year on my webshop. Only thing I would like to see is the possibility to change the date format because it doesn't automatically display the right date format (dd-mm-yyyy) for my country.

Hey, Dor from the Loox team here :) Loox automatically displays the date format according to the customers' browsers locale. This means that if your customer's browser is set to German it will be dd:mm:yyyy, or if it is set to English (USA), it will be displayed as mm:dd:yyyy. If you wish, you can adjust your widget's settings to hide the reviews' dates from your Loox admin. In any case, our support team is always happy to help! It works great. I'm using the app for all of my product pictures to watermark and compress. It is easy and efficient.
