I like the design/look of the offer box. However, the only issue was the final offer price feature is not 100% accurate ...even when I set up for my customers to get up to 50% off, they are getting a little less.

Thank you for the honest review — it seems we didn’t do a good enough job explaining how our app works in the App Store listing. The entire purpose of BATNA is discount personalization. It carefully analyzes the data it collects while interacting with your customers and determines the appropriate discount size accordingly. We never guarantee that a customer will receive the maximum discount you’ve set in the admin panel. In fact, it’s quite the opposite: BATNA works to offer the smallest possible discount that is still likely to close the sale, helping you secure the order while preserving as much of your margin as possible. Excellent app as well as SUPERB customer service. Began to get a little frustrated due to pricing and some minor hiccups with set up, but customer service was AWESOME! They were able to work out a fair price schedule as well as help me through set up. I couldn't have picked a better service and I would definitely recommend for certain.
