They have been so helpful with my onboarding and figuring out the perfect monthly subscription to fit our needs!
I love the customer support, each rep is very nice however we are having a major issue with the pickup location being correct in the system. We have spent hours on with shopify support and Trendsi support and no one can figure it out. Every day we have to give all the Order numbers and have a representative manually changed the addresses. The Trendsi engineers are working on this issue. We love the clothes, quality and shipping time though!
