Really impressed with the support team at Growave. We're in the process of setting up the app, hit a technical roadblock, and they went to the next level to assess the issue and provide informational screenshots to help us navigate. All within hours of reaching out to them. The onboarding features are pretty great, but I wish there was a way to see what to expect and a few examples via video. I'm excited to learn more about how to use the app, but seem to need to activate it in order to learn. Maybe I'm missing a couple of demo videos. Excited to start using the features! Feeling good about working with the team at Growave whenever needed!

Excellent customer support, very responsive via chat. They've got an informative interface, and even a "Request Feature" option.
