Good products, good app and approachable and responsive staff (I've been mainly dealing with Richard Ross who is very good). There's quite a few issues and UX problems with the app, but given it's new there's likely to be some teething issues. Once these are fixed this app will set them apart from their competitors as it will be a seriously good app. The automation will give them an edge with any personalised gifts website that want's to use their system. Excellent app. Ticks all the boxes for Rich Snippets and Schema aspects of a Shopify webiste, allowing us to give the right content to Google for all our products. I've contacted their tech team a few times when needed and they have swifly been on hand to fix any issues or advise. Recommend highly!
Good app. Does mostly what it needs to do. However it's slow to sync and also it doesn't carry across product EAN data to the Tik Tok listing, which of course is super important and very much needed. As we have around 11,000 products, and some of them have variants, I'm not going to be manually copying and pasting every one of the barcodes from my Shopify store into the TikTok Shop equivalent listing. This is surely one of the things that the app is meant to do. Where an EAN exists on Shopify, the conversion code they have in this app that creates the listing in Tik Tok should copy this across. This is mega important to us and it will be (or should be) to any other Shopify merchants that would want to use your app. I've raised this and other glitches like this with your tech / integration team, who so far have been very quick to respond, so I'm hopeful this can be added soon. I'm surprised this hasn't been raised already. Or, is your app new and not fully operational?

Can't seem to delete the app. Also can't remove the on-site popup that it creates during setup. It's a 1-way street !

Combining AMP and the PWA setup from Shop Sheriff is an absolute no brainer. We have it installed on 4 of our Shopify Plus stores and mobile ranking and traffic has sky rocketed. Also, and this is really important, their tech team are super responsive and approachable, often turning round tweaks and improvements very quickly. Can't recommend highly enough. If you're in doubt, just get these apps .... they will supercharge your Shopify setup.
