Love this feature. Very helpful when speaking to customers and cuts down on the number of emails and calls. Also, the auto generated responses (and their suggested ones) have been fantastic. The email feature if not currently available also keeps us "in touch" with the customer offline.

This app is rock solid and the team is next level. Great response times, thorough communication. Professional all the way through. The app functionality is really superb. Well worth it for any store that wants to expand their cart experience.
