Update 4/14/26 Always excellent customer service and while customer service may begin with AI, a live tech person will definitely hop on if the answer by AI isn't answered clearly (it usually is). Updating a few years later to say that I'm STILL super impressed with this app! I rarely need to hit up support for help but I had some questions today and Abraao was super responsive in going above and beyond to help me out. I've had judge.me for several years now and it's one of my favorite apps. The customer support is amazing and I find myself always recommending it in Facebook groups. Everything looks clean and their automation and notifications have driven 8,000+ reviews to our site.

I had hundreds of redirects I needed to create when I switched from Volusion to Shopify. Easy Redirects was super easy to set up and use, and the redirects occurred instantly. Staff support is great, too. Update: many years later, I'm still using this app and am very happy with it, as well as the fast service.

So far, it's working really well for our store site. We sell a product similar to BOOM but a younger demographic. So it's easy to replicate. Love that it's an easy template to use, but gives some great features.
