Just getting started on it and I requested some things not readily available to be installed/setup, Maxxie was quick to help and they're making it happen how I wanted it despite it not being an actual option to do on my end. Very good customer service!

Price hike is insanity for small online shops. $125/month being the smallest loyalty option after having been on a free plan for years is way too high.
