Kite has been a huge help for migrating away from Script Editor. Their support team is very knowledgeable on the key app features, and we're yet to come up with a promotion that the tool could not support. While I have experienced issues around bulk discount codes, the support team supported by escalating the issue, providing clarity on next steps, and explaining what the root cause was.
