Let me just say how impressed I am with the data GermainUX pumps out. Not only is there a lot of data, it is super accurate. The team at Germain are very professional, responsive, attentive, and most importantly give you actionable insights to better optimize your shop. I'm very impressed with this team. Lastly, there goal is to help sellers increase revenue, this company surely sticks to their goals. Highly recommend to anyone

Natalie was amazing in detailing out explanations to my questions. I'm a total newbie and she made the transition to adscale very easy. On top of that she responded quite fast even on Christmas Eve/Day! I was not expecting that. It's still early stages of using the APP so I can't comment on that right now, only on the super awesome customer experience. thanks
