The support I got is really great. The app itself works also smoothly, and I like all the pages for my website that are pre-populated and ready-to-go. I ran into some problems though with orders that had to come from different older systems. So, I had to import them first and after that, I could Reward Points for my pass clients as well. I use Lifetimely because I wanted to know how many months it takes to recoup my ad spend. As so many of you probably do, I tried to calculate this manually at first. But as you will know, this is one big pain (somewhere where the sun...). So, I tried this app, and I am very happy with. I just came out of a call talking about the possibilities with the customer lifetime value, the repurchase rate and so on. I haven't discovered or tried out all the options yet, but after this call, I am totally enabled to get the most out of it. Armando, thanks for giving me the total tour just now. I use this app for adding a volume discount table to some of my products. Works really well and no question is too much for their support. I ran into some issues in the beginning, but they helped me out and solved them all. Really responsive as well. In short: app does what it should do and great support from Amit and others! Olaf
