We have only used the basic plan of this app for two years and it works so well we put it onto our new shopify store. Had a problem and sent a message on a Sunday and got a reply in an hour with a working solution. Perfect.
Support solved my issue in a few minutes. Happy!

APC's own software leaves a bit to be desired, but this integration gives you more information than we get from APC to see easily and makes child's play of making labels rather than the old-fashioned cut, copy paste we used to do. We reckon with the amount of orders we do its saved us an hour a day with ease.
Its the reason why I left Big Commerce to follow this app to Shopify. Its so easy to use and and simple intuitive bit like using an Excel Spreadsheet for an idiot. So simple to all the other systems I have tried. Cant recommend enough
