I am always hesitant and worry i might get a chat bot that doesn't understand what i need and cant help me get through my issue, but today i was so thrilled to get a person and not just any person i got Helen:) What an amazingly knowledgeable and such a helpful team member she is. Rarely do you find such service standards and care these days but today i am so impressed. if i could have a Helen in my business team i would be so blessed. Thank you and i am a forever fan.

The App wouldn't launch for me, Sherwin was great customer support and gave me an alternate way to access the Connector App. Quick and efficient service. Thanks Sherwin!
