I tested many affiliate marketing apps and Influencer Marketing Hero definitely lives up to its name! I use a lot of Shopify apps and the Infiuencer Hero user interface is the easiest one to learn and set up! The onboarding process is perfect, you don't get information overload because the onboarding team is ready to set you up for success. This app is going to save my team so many labor hours. Very disappointing, their support e-mail does not respond. All of the other Shopify apps I use has very responsive support. I am hoping they will read my rating and contact me. 2/2/24 Update: I got an email from the company asking me to "Kindly requesting you please update your review." My review is still the same because the app service did not improve as there are many inconsistencies and bugs. Hope you enjoy this update.
