We’ve been using BiteSpeed for almost 2 years now and have been quite happy with how the platform has evolved over time. The team has always been very cooperative and supportive, especially Payal, our POC, who helped us set up and optimize our customer journeys. With their support, we’ve been able to achieve some strong numbers in retention marketing as well. Overall, a solid platform with a responsive team and a good understanding of D2C retention.

have had a great experience using Freshmarketer's CRM. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for me to manage customer interactions and track important information. The ability to segment and tag customers has been particularly useful, and Freshchats has been a saviour and overall it’s not too expensive as well so recommended
