Setup was easy and most customers use it. However, I have two suggestions: 1. Add the ability to insert an open text field to remind customers to confirm acceptance in their email. 2. Modify the birthday field in the data download. The pop up appears correctly, but the customer data download reads yyyy-dd-mm for some customers and yyyy-mm-dd for others.
Anywhere POD is hands down the most user-friendly customizing platform I've ever used. Their support team is exceptional—they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond with training and ensuring a smooth path to success. They even provide a step-by-step 'how to connect' video on their app page for every vendor integration. It's an incredibly straightforward and efficient experience!
Although there is a huge learning curve for this app, and it's a bit pricey, the customer support is second to none! They go above and beyond to help me 'fix' my designs, which I almost always have to do. I also think the graphics and capabilities far surpass other customization apps. I appreciate having a weekly live class to attend and rely heavily on the YouTube replays.

So far so good. I've just installed this app and it appears to be straight forward. I opted to verify my store, which led to a lovely encounter with Yaci. She made several beneficial suggestions and guided me toward several improvements for my website. She also provided several resources for me to use. I really appreciate her help and look forward to an improved customer experience in my ecommerce store.

Judge.me's customer service is nothing short of STELLAR! While installing the app, I had an issue with the widget in which a pop-up suggested I contact customer support. When I did, I got an immediate response from Felix, and my issue was taken care of in less than 5 minutes! Not only did they fix the problem, but they also continued to answer my myriad questions. I'm very impressed so far!
I loved the fact that after applying the app there was a popup asking if everything was okay or if I needed help!
