We work in a very niche market and Oli and PreProduct have been so amazing helping us get set up and customizing our store. I thought taking pre-orders would be a nightmare, but with PreProduct, it's been incredibly easy. Thank you guys for making this a seamless experience! We couldn't be happier with this app! It is easy to use, quick to set up and has many different customization options. The biggest reason we rate this with 5 stars (and would go higher if possible) is the tremendous customer service and technical support. Cara and Mia have both gone above and beyond for us and were incredibly kind on top of everything. Cara had to deal with a myriad of random questions and hypothetical situations from me yesterday. She patiently walked me through each step, explaining not only how to deal with the situation, but also options for different ways of approaching our concerns. She also connected me with tech support on a theme issue and it was updated within minutes. Chat support can be challenging and these two lovely ladies made us feel understood and valued. Thank you both so much for your help with our program!

We use this app to provide occasional notices to our customers on our site, mostly when our team is traveling or for shipping pauses around the holidays. Great app, works for our purposes!
