I've been using Tidio for a couple of years now and I can say that I'm happy about it for my ticketing needs. It can definitely do better from a few perspectives but overall and considering the pricing, I think it's one of the best if not the best choice out there

Coming from a clunky review app, it's just great to see Judge.me work so flawlessly. The added value also lies in their customer support, always available to help. I'm still at the beginning of my journey with the app but I'm already rethinking why I didn't choose it earlier I'm really looking forward to the review pop ups to be available to all the pages, not only product, home, cart and collection pages but overall the app does amazingly well what it's supposed to

The app is simple to set up yet powerful, and does anything I need to do to set up customized appointment that my clients need. Also, Sam will be there from the first moment you connect it to your store and he can also do some magic behind the scenes. Absolutely suggested!! One year later update: I still believe the app is a godsend and wouldn't trade it for anything else

Easy to set up, intuitive and straight to the point. Everything that I needed for my store. It's been a year now that I've used the app and I'm more than happy to keep paying for the service
