He took the time to understand our needs and helped us set up the right solutions with great care. His patience has been exceptional ... spending time with us and personally guiding us through installation and activation over video calls. We run an apparel store on Shopify with a large customer database that we had not been able to use efficiently or responsibly until now. Mercuri has completely changed that for us.The product itself is fantastic... smooth, glitch-free, and thoughtfully built to address our requirements. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to find this app (CEDCommerce Etsy Integration). We run a successful store on Etsy, but had to disable the store due to the cumbersome process of manually listing hundreds of our products and SKU's thereof from Shopify to Etsy and thereafter manual stock correction and inventory management on a daily basis. I have been looking for an app for this for years, and even tried using Sellbrite in the past, but that app only allowed one way sync and half automation is as good and no automation.
