We use this app everyday for our e-commerce business. It's an easy way to assign tasks to different team mates, create follow-up reminders, manage our issues list and long-range order fulfillment. I love how it integrates with Shopify orders and I love it's simple functionality. I've been able to connect with the developers quite easily and they've already taken one of my suggestions and pushed an update in the app with this new feature integrated. Amazing service! Highly recommend.
I love the features of this app. It gives me a richer understanding the user experience that I can't get looking at my Google Ads data. And the customer service is AMAZING!
