Sohea Mall Limited

I would be happy to leave a review for Bhagya. Bhagya has been extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout this entire setup process. My requirements were quite complex, involving multiple pickup locations, capacities, cake sizes, and booking rules, but Bhagya took the time to carefully understand each requirement and explain the available options in a clear and detailed manner. What impressed me most was the willingness to explore different solutions and provide practical recommendations rather than simply giving generic answers. The responses were always prompt, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Bhagya, for your excellent support and dedication. It has been a pleasure working with you, and your assistance has greatly improved my experience with Appointo. Highly recommended support!

Mikeis very helpful. I spent an hour trying to figure it out myself, but still couldn’t get it working. After asking Mike for help, he solved the problem in just 5 minutes — very efficient. It made me even more interested in joining Pro to enjoy more services.
