We’ve tried every form solution out there, and SK: Advanced Form Builder is hands down the best for Shopify. It's completely free, supports image uploads, and integrates beautifully with our PageFly pages. The support is responsive, the form styling is flexible (we even added our own fonts and branding), and it works perfectly for our jewellery repair request system. Can’t believe this much functionality is offered for free. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for serious forms with serious flexibility!

The app is truly fantastic and works wonders with the Shopify integration. But what is even more stellar, is the customer support. Can't recommend this enough.
