Thank you for your review. We really appreciate you taking the time to share it. Custom statuses and workflows are currently limited in the app, and we understand how important this feature is for your use case. Your feedback has been noted and shared with our development team, and we’re actively working on improvements to make this functionality more flexible in future updates.
So far so good, all the features you want up front to start your support on your site. Hoping to use this as much as I can for my site, as I am one person, but this should help. The support team was great when I needed a few questions answered.
