The app works well and the support is good. I get frustrated that maintenance happens during South African business hours. We lost a big sale because a customer in store could not use her points while maintenance was being done for 6 hours.

Seems to have done a job that would have taken me an age.. Thank you! I'm not sure how to measure how successful it has been but will see over the next few weeks.
The design is clean and minimalist and works like a charm. Support is also available when you need them, which is amazing.
