Honestly, this app is such a good find. I sell higher-ticket products, so the usual abandoned cart emails don’t always do much for me. I decided to give Navona a try, setup took literally a minute, and then I completely forgot about it. Later that evening I started seeing sales come through with promo codes generated by the app. What I really like is that the discount is only valid while the customer is still on the page, so it gives them that little extra push to complete the purchase instead of leaving and hoping they come back later. Super simple, no complicated setup, and it actually started working straight away. Definitely worth trying.
